On July 16, teachers and students from the School of Materials Science and Engineering of East China Jiaotong University came to our company to visit and study, accompanied by Hua Xin, director of our administrative department.

In the conference room on the second floor, Director Hua introduced to the teachers and students the basic situation of Dow's enterprise, the enterprise culture, the development of the enterprise in recent years and the actual situation of the enterprise's employment. At the same time, he patiently and carefully answered the questions raised by the teachers and students. Then we visited the processing center, assembly workshop, mold workshop, mold testing room and other first-line production workshops.

Through on-site observation and learning, teachers and students can feel the whole process of mold production and manufacturing, and enhance the height of theoretical and practical learning. At the same time, Dow's corporate culture and working atmosphere left a deep impression on teachers and students. Several students present suggested that it would be a great honor to work at Dow and become a member of Dow.
