Our company has successfully completed the independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents in 2019

On October 24, the administrative department organized 15 employees in the plastic workshop to carry out the 2016 independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents and the examination of senior workers in the molding and production of plastic products.

The purpose of the independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents is to establish a systematic and comprehensive employee skill training channel for our company, establish a growth channel for employees at the beginning, and provide employees with a broader and complete skill improvement platform. At the same time, improve the overall quality and skill level of grass-roots employees, so that employees can better complete their work in practice. As of 2019, nearly 80 front-line employees have passed independent evaluation and obtained professional qualification certificates.

The examination content is divided into theoretical examination and operation examination, which are respectively held in the training room and plastic workshop on the fourth floor of the office building. The examination organization is careful and meticulous. During the examination, each employee carefully answers the questions. In the operation test, the examination can be successfully completed according to the steps, and the passing rate of the examination results reaches 100. In the end, they all obtained the third-level/advanced skill vocational qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
